Bridge95 Affiliate Programme Terms

Effective date: not yet effective. This operational draft must be reviewed before programme launch.

Eligibility and approval

Participation requires an approved account. Bridge95 may reject or suspend applications where content, traffic quality or identity cannot be verified.

Attribution and commission

Eligible purchases use last-click attribution within 60 days. Commission is 50% of the gross amount collected for the eligible order, calculated in the order currency and rounded to the nearest cent. Taxes, chargebacks, refunds, fraudulent transactions and self-referrals are excluded or reversed.

Promotion rules

Affiliates must disclose the commercial relationship, use accurate product claims, and comply with advertising, privacy and consumer law. Spam, cookie stuffing, impersonation, trademark bidding, forced redirects and fabricated endorsements are prohibited.

Approval and payment

Commissions remain pending for 30 days. The default payout threshold is the equivalent of USD 20. Payout timing, method, tax documentation and currency conversion depend on the final approved policy.

Termination and records

Bridge95 may suspend tracking and withhold disputed amounts during investigation. Each party may end participation; valid obligations that accrued before termination remain subject to review.

Privacy

Referral data is limited to attribution and fraud prevention, retained only as needed for the programme and protected under the Bridge95 privacy notice.
